On the eve of Human Rights Day, please join us as Alex Sloan AM launches our book marking 20 years of indigo foundation 'The power of community-led development'.

The book brings together reflections and stories from our indigo team in Australia and the incredible work of our partners overseas. It tells the story of how indigo was formed, it features interviews with our partners and community members overseas and profiles some of our key volunteers in Australia. Importantly, it reflects the evolution of indigo foundation as an innovative and impactful community development organisation and lessons we and our partners have learned along the way.

Alex Sloane AM will host a panel with indigo friends old and new reflecting to shed light on the journey and we'd love you to join us.

When: 530-615pm Thursday 9 December 2021

Where: Zoom. We'll send you the link in the confirmation email when you register

Who: The book will be launched by Alex Sloan AM, long-time friend of indigo foundation, award-winning ABC journalist and commentator, former ACT Citizen of the Year and Deputy Chair of The Australia Institute.

Registration for indigo conversations is free. Please join us.

What is 'indigo conversations'?

'indigo conversations' are regular indigo events, over zoom or in person, designed to bring our community of supporters in Australia closer to our partners and their work. We share updates on our partnerships and the context in which we are working, and open a space for questions and discussion to dig deeper.
